The club was founded around 40 years ago by enthusiastic athletes who believe that training together is not only fun, but also more sustainably motivating. The development of the club proves them right with every day of training. Additional support is always welcome. Since we only have volunteers who work for the club without pay and only finance our coaches, the costs are limited. But in order to do good youth work in the long term and to organize events, supporters are very helpful.

The association is a non-profit organization with the aim of offering a comprehensive training program for all running, cycling and swimming enthusiasts from the age of 6. The offer includes swimming courses, joint running and swimming training and much more (core rigor training, stabilisation training, etc.).
We want members who stay healthy and fit and kids who enjoy sports for a long time. To ensure that this works in the long term, our trained coaches work in cooperation with Qualitymovement on a solid technique and foundation for our athletes. Because only if the joints, the back and the entire musculoskeletal system are trained adequately and effectively, athletes will stay healthy and fit for a long time.

From child to adult, from beginners to professionals, everyone has the opportunity to train the triathlon combined sports of swimming-cycling-running, to exchange experiences, to learn from each other, to have fun and to achieve their own goals in a motivating environment of like-minded people, with very experienced, well-trained coaches. Be it to learn a sport properly, to increase your own performance, to maintain health, to prepare specifically for competitions, or simply to have fun with exercise.
We promote a joint training experience, bike rides, competitions and courses. We have a broad voluntary member base that supports training operations and organizes joint events (parties, competitions, lectures on nutrition and health, training camps). Our coaches regularly attend training sessions to ensure high-quality training that caters to the different needs of athletes.
