These terms govern the use of triklosterneuburg.at, the member area and the services offered through it. By registering you accept them.
1. Scope
These terms cover the website and the user account. The rights and obligations of club membership itself follow the club statutes and the decisions of the club's bodies; in the event of conflict the statutes prevail over these terms.

2. User account
Some areas require a user account. The details given must be accurate and kept up to date. Credentials are confidential and must not be shared; you are responsible for actions taken under your account. The account can be deleted at any time via the unregister page. Deleting the account does not automatically end an existing club membership.
3. Training and events
Participation in training, competitions and events is voluntary and at your own risk. It requires a level of health and fitness appropriate to the activity; seek medical advice if in doubt. Instructions from coaches must be followed. No liability is accepted for sports accidents except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Taking out your own accident and liability insurance is recommended.
4. Orders and payments
Membership fees, training services and club merchandise can be ordered through the website. The prices displayed at the time of ordering apply. Payments are processed via Braintree/PayPal; payment details are entered directly with the payment provider and are not stored by us.
5. Consumer right of withdrawal
For distance contracts there is a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins on conclusion of the contract for services and on receipt for goods. A clear statement to info@triklosterneuburg.at is sufficient. The right lapses early where a service has been fully performed at your express request before the period ends — for instance participation in a training session that has already taken place.
6. Content and rights
Content, photographs and videos published on the website are protected by copyright and may not be used beyond the limits of copyright law without consent. You retain the rights in content you upload; by uploading it you grant the club the non-exclusive right to store and display it within the club's services. Objections to the publication of an image are honoured.
7. Acceptable use
Unlawful, abusive or infringing content, automated retrieval of the website beyond normal use, and attempts to circumvent access restrictions or security measures are prohibited.
8. Chat and AI assistant
Answers from the AI assistant are machine-generated and may be incomplete or incorrect. They do not constitute training, health or legal advice. Input is transmitted to OpenAI for processing — see the privacy policy; sensitive personal data must not be entered there.
9. Liability
No liability is accepted for slight negligence except in the case of personal injury. There is no entitlement to constant availability of the website. Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.
10. Changes and governing law
These terms may be adapted, for instance when new features are added; the version published on this page is authoritative. Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
