Stepping outside the door, jumping into the water or registering for the training program. These are the first important steps. Once you're in the water, you start swimming. If you're standing in front of the door with your running shoes on, you're running. Now you just have to keep at it. This is where we come into play - the club and our community. If you have your training in your schedule and like-minded people are waiting for you at the same time every week, if the coach asks how you are doing with the training plan or if the athletes just ask what progress you have made, then - believe us - you stay tuned. With an online training plan, no one asks why you stopped. In a club with professional coaches, it is simply easier to train consistently and purposefully. In addition, you will see that you are not alone with your challenges. Every athlete has already experienced some ups and downs. But it is usually the successes that motivate. The first time I ran the km under 6 minutes, then tackled the 5 km or did the 100m crawl under 2 minutes. With good and trained trainers and a community that wants to achieve something, you will get closer to your dream. We value fun in training and the most important thing: we want to meet your goals.
