#gemeinsam train

If you want to move forward healthily, it's best to train in a community. It spurs you on and keeps you focused. Complement your lonely runs with joint training sessions 1-2 times a week with coaches and like-minded people to develop a healthy running style. In addition, it is simply much more entertaining to have fun in a group.


We train 1x per week, in all weathers:

Monday, 6:30-8:00 p.m.: Running training at Happyland

Saturday, 10:00-11:30 a.m.: Running group (without trainer) at Happyland


Monday, 6:30-8:00 p.m.: Running training on the running track in Happyland together with the adults (suitable for older students from approx. 16 years)


Run Only: Lauftraining (Registration)

All you can Train: Freely selectable running and swimming workouts (Registration)

TRIKids (up to approx. 15 years)
